The rental property market in Pattaya is very strong.

The first one is:

5 pool villas in a private gated community in Pattaya, close to the highway and motorway network giving easy access to the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Zones, Suvarnabhumi Airport and Bangkok.

Down-town Pattaya is only a 15 minutes’ drive by car.

Each villa has its own private swimming pool, garden and is fully furnished.
4 of the houses presently have Tenants.

All of the villas are 2-storey and have living area views of their own swimming pool.

I need to get some more information from the Owner regarding the communal area / access road then I will be able to determine the selling price.

The second one is:

6 condominiums on Wongamat Beach, Pratumnak Hill, Jomtien Beach and one on a golf course just down the coast in Sriracha.

All 6 are larger than the average and are either 1- or 2-bedroom apartments.

All in top locations, all furnished to very high standards and all with Tenants.

I need the Owner to confirm the individual rental returns and the length of the current leases and then I can determine the selling price.
