It is becoming normal in this competitive off-plan condo market for the Pattaya developer to include adequate car parking; underground car parking for mid- and high-rise towers, high speed elevators, 24 hours security including CCTV and key-card access, and WiFi internet.
Prices for off-plan condominiums in Pattaya depend on which floor you buy on, which view you choose and the type of ownership that you decide upon.

Prices per sqm normally rise for each floor that the condominium rises, the thought behind this is the higher you are in the building then potentially better view you have.

The view offered from a condominium also affects the price per sqm; condos facing the ocean or the communal pool being a premium price as opposed to units with Pattaya city or hillside views.
